Coral is a women’s health platform redefining menopause and midlife care. We provide evidence-based, compassionate support for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and beyond through personalized care, education, and community.
We believe women deserve better healthcare experiences — and better conversations around aging, hormones, and midlife health.
We’re looking for a creative, curious, and highly online Social Media Marketing Intern to help us grow Coral’s voice across social platforms and engage meaningfully with women in midlife.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands internet culture, and wants hands-on experience building a mission-driven brand.
You’ll help manage Coral’s social channels, create and edit content, stay on top of trends, engage with our community, and work closely with our care team to turn expert knowledge into relatable, impactful content.
You’re someone who:

  • Can turn educational information into accessible, engaging content
  • Has strong instincts for trends, conversations, and storytelling
  • Cares deeply about women’s health, wellness, and community-building

What You’ll Do

Social Media Management

  • Help manage Coral’s presence across multiple social channels
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms
  • Maintain and update the social content calendar
  • Monitor platform trends, conversations, and opportunities

Content Creation & Editing

  • Create and edit short-form social content including:
  • Video
  • Graphics and carousels
  • Educational and community-driven posts
  • Caption writing
  • Community prompts and responses
  • Repurpose long-form content into platform-specific social assets
  • Assist with video editing and formatting for social channels

Community Engagement

  • Engage thoughtfully with women online through comments, DMs, Reddit threads, and relevant conversations
  • Help grow and nurture Coral’s online community
  • Support conversations in a way that feels empathetic, educational, and aligned with Coral’s voice
  • Identify opportunities to expand reach and visibility organically

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Coral’s marketing team and care team to:
  • Develop educational content
  • Answer common community questions
  • Translate clinical expertise into engaging social content
  • Bring new ideas for campaigns, trends, and community initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Fully bilingual in French and English
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Comfortable creating content for social media
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Experience editing short-form video content (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
  • Organized and proactive
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Passion for women’s health, wellness, and community-building
  • Bonus if you:
  • Have experience growing social accounts
  • Have experience in healthcare, wellness, or creator/influencer marketing
  • Are active on Reddit or understand community-first engagement
